Our Introduction to Artisanal Cheese Making aims to teach you how to prepare fresh white cheese and butter using simple home ingredients.
Your hostess is Angélique Dubois, a passionate French cheesemaker renowned in San Juan del Sur. The class will be held at the beautiful WEGO Regenerative Farm, a rustic and tranquil setting perfect for immersing yourself in the artisanal cheese-making tradition.
In addition to making your own products, you will have the opportunity to learn about other varieties of French cheeses produced on-site, and enjoy a unique tasting experience that combines learning, flavor, and the charm of rural life in Nicaragua.
