Experience the essence of Nicaraguan farm life with our delightful farm-to-table breakfast.
Begin your day at 7:00 am with a warm welcome to our Regenerative Farm. We will first, gently milk the cow, ensuring the freshest dairy for our traditional cuajada (cheese curd). Next, gather fresh organic eggs right from the chicken coop and continue plucking ripe tomatoes and chiltoma (bell pepper) from our vibrant orchard.
Then join your lovely hostess as she guides you in the art of crafting handmade corn tortillas, adding an authentic touch to your breakfast experience.
You are now ready to indulge in a typical farm breakfast, savoring the flavors of Nicaragua as you embrace the simplicity and richness of farm-to-table dining. Buen provecho!
